A format is listed as verified only when signal values, axes, units and representative metadata have been checked against real files.
- VerifiedDM3/DM4 images, MRC/MRCS, scientific TIFF/TIF with tested calibration paths, and the tested HDF5 families listed in the release matrix.
- Supported with conditionsJEOL spectrum-image and vendor/camera variants for which representative metadata paths are known. The exact instrument and acquisition condition remains part of the support statement.
- Planned or awaiting corpusUnverified vendor variants remain planned until representative source files can be compared for values, axes, units and metadata.
