Refund Policy

First annual purchase
You may request cancellation and a refund within 14 calendar days of the first paid annual purchase. Approved refunds deactivate the associated paid keys. This commercial policy does not reduce any mandatory statutory cancellation or refund right.
Renewals
Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If an unintended annual renewal occurs, contact us within seven calendar days; we will review the request, including whether the renewed entitlement has been materially used.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us promptly with the Stripe receipt identifier. Confirmed duplicate charges and billing errors are corrected. Taxes already remitted may be handled according to the applicable tax rules.
How to request
E-mail info@ayascope.com from the purchase address with the order or invoice identifier. Do not send card numbers or security codes.
